CELL PHONE RENTALS - CALLING RATES.

Without a doubt the most important question on your mind is "What will my calls cost me with your rental service?".

We like to keep it simple so our service uses prepaid cell phones which means that you request a certain amount of initial call credit to be loaded into your phone/s when you request a rental. The HUGE advantage to this system is that you cannot overspend and will never get a bill from anyone for the calls you make. You can only spend the credit in the phone/s. When you run low on prepaid call credit (under 5 Euros), our system warns you with a voice message and you simply add more at a credit reseller such as department stores, cell phone shops, post offices, grocery stores, gas stations, "tabacos" shops (where they sell stamps and cigarettes) and any number of other places. You buy what they call a "recarga" ("recharge ") which comes in 5 Euro increments. Most places will simply add the credit for you and you will receive a text message on the phone telling you your credit has increased. Some places will sell you a recharge code which is a 16 digit code that is punched into the cell phone screen to load the credit, that simple! You can not walk 3 blocks anywhere in Spain without stumbling upon 5 places that sell recharge credit.

PLEASE NOTE: THE RATES BELOW ARE FOR OUTGOING CALLS. ALL INCOMING CALLS ARE 100% FREE TO YOU WHILE YOU ARE IN SPAIN, NO MATTER WHERE THEY COME FROM. WE CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, IT IS 100% TRUE. YOU WILL NEVER PAY FOR AN INCOMING CALL WITH OUR SERVICE!

The vast majority of your calls while here will fall into 4 categories...

1)	Your calls to land lines and other vodafone Spain cell phones will cost you just 50 Euro cents per call
	up to an hour long. This is not 50 Euro cents per minute but rather PER CALL.

2)	Your calls to other Spanish cell phones that are not on the vodafone Spain cell network will
	cost you 50 Euro cents for the first minute and 32 Euro cents for each additional minute.

3)	Your calls back to USA or Canada will cost you just 50 Euro cents per call up to an hour long.
	This is not 50 Euro cents per minute but rather PER CALL. We know it sounds too good to be true but it is 100% legit.

4)	In the event you sign up for a DUAL or GROUP rental, for DUAL rentals the calls between 2 DUAL linked phones
	will cost 15 cents per call up to an hour long. This is not 15 Euro cents per minute but rather PER CALL. For GROUP rentals the calls between all GROUP linked phones will cost 18 cents per call up to an hour long. This is not 18 Euro cents per minute but rather PER CALL.

	SINGLE (1 phone) rental calling rates.


Keep in mind that the vast majority of the calls you make within Spain will be to Spanish land lines and other vodafone cells as they make up the majority of the phones in Spain, by far.

Thanks to our special calling rates, you only pay for the first minute at 38 Euro cents and you get the following 59 minutes for FREE!!!

So, whether you talk 10 minutes or 60 minutes, the call costs the same - 50 Euro cents (38 Euro cents for the first minute + the 12 Euro cent standard connection fee).

On calls over 60 min. long, you will be charged the normal 32 Euro cent./min. rate starting at minute 61 so if you need to talk for more than 60 minutes, it is best to hang up after 59 minutes or so and call back, hence giving you another 60 minutes for 50 Euro cents (38 Euro cents for the first minute + the 12 Euro cent. standard connection fee).

2) CALLS WITHIN SPAIN TO NON-VODAFONE CELL PHONES:

	From 0 - 24h. (all day long)	Sunday-Monday (every day)


	Non-Vodafone cells	32 Euro cents/min.

These calls are charged at the normal rate of 32 cents per minute and only apply when you call other cell phones that are not on the vodafone network. Very few of your calls will be at the normal rate.

The following apply to calls within Spain.

- Rates are per minute and include the 16% Spanish sales tax.
- The first minute is billed as 1 complete minute and additional minutes are billed in 30 second increments.
- Connection fee on all calls within Spain is 0.12 (12 Euro cents).
- Sending of text messages within Spain costs 15 Euro cents/message.



3) INTERNATIONAL CALLS (BACK HOME):

* SMS messaging (text messaging) within Spain (mobile to mobile)
The mobiles we rent (just like most cell phones) can send and receive SMS text messages.

Message prices:

1) Reception: absolutely free ! You will never be charged for a message that you receive on your cell phone.
2) Sending: messages to any other Spanish mobile phone 15 Euro cents/message.

** SMS messaging abroad (mobile to mobile)

1) Reception: absolutely free! You will never be charged for a message that you receive on your cell phone.
2) Sending: messages to any foreign mobile phone is 60 Euro cents/message. NOTE: due to the fact that the international text messages cost 60 cents and the cell company does not guarantee they will be successfully delivered, we DO NOT advise you send messages back to the USA/CANADA. Also, it is cheaper to call for an hour (50 Euro cents) than it is to send a text message so text messaging back home makes no sense.


	DUAL (2 phones) rental calling rates.

1) CALLS BETWEEN THE 2 PHONES:

	From 0 - 24h. (all day long)	Sunday-Monday (every day)


	Calls between the 2 phones	15 Euro cents per call for up to 60 min.

So, as you can see, while most U.S. rental companies charge you from $1.50 - $3.50 per minute to call and receive calls from the U.S.A., our service only charges a fraction of that cost and incoming calls are FREE!

It's a no-brainer, keeping safe and in touch is almost as important as your "cafe con leche", so, if you want to rent a mobile phone in Spain, the best way is to do it through us. If you do searches online (in Google.com for example) with the words cell "phone rentals in Spain", you will see exactly what I mean. The U.S. based companies that rent are a big "estafa" ("rip off").
