| Our rental conditions are very simple and straightforward. When you
reserve and/or rent an item from us, you
automatically agree to these terms and conditions. |

| * You may reserve an item as far
in advance as you like but our mobile internet devices are very popular and you should try to reserve at least 2 weeks in advance. |

| * Reservations may be cancelled up to 3 days in advance
for a full refund. Cancellations with fewer than 3 days (72
hours) advanced warning will result in a 50% loss of the
total rental fee.
Furthermore, no-shows or rentals cancelled with fewer than
24 hours advanced notice will be charged IN FULL and will
result in the loss of the rental fee. |

| * There is a security deposit on all mobile internet devices... |
| |
| - $350 on the PCMCIA data card. |
| - $350 on the mini USB modem. |
| - $450 on the Linksys wireless network router. |
| |
| ... which will be refunded in full when the rental items are returned in the same condition as when they were delivered. |

| * All rental items are delivered in
perfect working order and in excellent to good
physical shape and must be returned in
same condition as when they are
delivered and on the day that they are
due. Normal wear and tear on the items
is acceptable but Onspanishtime reserves
the final judgment on what is
considered normal wear and tear. Any and
all rental extensions must be requested
by calling Onspanishtime at least 2 days before the original scheduled
return date. |
