Madrid airport delivery: COST = $20 

We will greet your flight when it arrives at the Madrid airport. Our representative will greet you with an "Onspanishtime.com cell phone rentals - client reception" sign as you exit the baggage claim/customs area.

Some other popular delivery places we have had clients request are the train stations (Atocha or Chamartin), the bus stations, etc... so don't be shy, let us know where you want us to deliver and we will do our best to accommodate you. Delivery to your hotel or hostel anywhere in Spain: COST = $15 

We will deliver to your hotel or hostel anywhere in Spain (EXCEPT THE CANARY ISLANDS which we do not deliver to) and the device will be there waiting for you at reception upon your arrival.

Delivery to your rental apartment anywhere in Spain (EXCEPT CANARY ISLANDS): COST = $15 

There are 3 options for this delivery method.

option 1) Take delivery the day after you arrive: You can take delivery the morning after you arrive between 9am and 12noon. It needs to be the day after you arrive since somebody will need to be there to sign for the package as it arrives via courier. Please note that the courier can deliver ONLY Mon.-Sat. and there is an additional $12 surcharge ($27 total) for Sat. morning delivery.

option 2) Have the apartment rental agency take delivery for you: You can ask the agency that you are renting the apartment from to take delivery for you and then give you the package when their representative check you into the apartment. This option assumes that someone from the rental agency will be letting you into the apt. on the day you check in. If you choose this option, please be sure that the rental agency is willing to receive and deliver the package to you. This is a service most respectable agencies will provide free of charge.

option 3) Pick up the package at our courier office: We can send the device to the courier office that is closest to your rental apartment so it arrives the day before you do. When you arrive, you can go pick it up at your leisure. Please note that our courier has offices in most Spanish cities and generally has morning (approx. 9am - 2pm) and afternoon (approx. 4:30 to 7pm) opening hours on Mon.-Fri. and in larger cities they also offer Saturdays morning hours from 9am to 1pm. If you choose this option, we will provide exact hours for the office where your package will be awaiting you.

Delivery to your home before you leave for Spain: COST = $70

While we ship from Spain and it is best to take delivery in Spain whenever possible, we realize there are some cases where you will need delivery to the United States, Canada, etc... so that you have the device before you leave so we can deliver the device to you in your home country before your departure for Spain. Please note that this delivery method is expensive so it is best to avoid it whenever possible,

Please provide an address where there is normally someone to take delivery since the package needs to be signed for. For example, if you ar at work all day and nobody is at your home to take delivery, it is better to provide your work address.
