This is our smart phone rental quote request form. To get a rental quote, please send this form after filling it in. By sending this form, there is NO OBLIGATION TO RENT. We will get back to you with a final quote and info on how to pay for your rental if you should decide to rent.

IV. PHONE DELIVERY: WE DO NOT ALLOW CLIENTS TO PICK UP THEIR RENTAL ITEMS so please select how you wish to take DELIVERY of your phone. When you select one of the options below, the form fields to fill in will open beneath it. Note that we prefer to deliver in Spain since we are based in Spain and delivering abroad can be very expensive for you. NOTE that the ONLY AIRPORT THAT WE SERVICE IS THE MADRID AIRPORT. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO NOR PICK UP FROM ANY OTHER AIRPORTS IN SPAIN.

PLEASE NOTE: unlike normal phones, we DO NOT offer delivery of smart phones to the United States or Canada due to the high value of the phones and probable customs problems.

We will deliver the phone to your hotel, hostel or rental apartment in the city of Madrid. If your accommodations are outside of the city (eg. airport hotel, suburb), please select the Madrid suburbs/airport hotel delivery option above.

We will greet your flight when it arrives at the Madrid airport. Our representative will greet you with an "Onspanishtime.com cell phone rentals - client reception" sign as you exit the baggage claim/customs area. NOTE that the ONLY AIRPORT THAT WE SERVICE IS THE MADRID AIRPORT. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO NOR PICK UP FROM ANY OTHER AIRPORTS IN SPAIN.

Some other popular delivery places we have had clients request are the train stations (Atocha or Chamartin), the bus stations, etc... so don't be shy, let us know where you want us to deliver and we will do our best to accommodate you. Delivery to your hotel or hostel anywhere in Spain: COST = $15 

We will deliver to your hotel or hostel anywhere in Spain (EXCEPT THE CANARY ISLANDS which we do not deliver to) and the phone will be there waiting for you at reception upon your arrival.

Delivery to your rental apartment anywhere in Spain (EXCEPT CANARY ISLANDS): COST = $15 

There are 3 options for this delivery method.

option 1) Take delivery the day after you arrive: You can take delivery the morning after you arrive between 9am and 12noon. It needs to be the day after you arrive since somebody will need to be there to sign for the package as it arrives via courier. Please note that the courier can deliver ONLY Mon.-Sat. and there is an additional $12 surcharge ($27 total) for Sat. morning delivery.

option 2) Have the apartment rental agency take delivery for you: You can ask the agency that you are renting the apartment from to take delivery for you and then give you the package when their representative check you into the apartment. This option assumes that someone from the rental agency will be letting you into the apt. on the day you check in. If you choose this option, please be sure that the rental agency is willing to receive and deliver the package to you. This is a service most respectable agencies will provide free of charge.

option 3) Pick up the package at our courier office: We can send the phone to the courier office that is closest to your rental apartment so it arrives the day before you do. When you arrive, you can go pick it up at your leisure. Please note that our courier has offices in most Spanish cities and generally has morning (approx. 9am - 2pm) and afternoon (approx. 4:30 to 7pm) opening hours on Mon.-Fri. and in larger cities they also offer Saturdays morning hours from 9am to 1pm. If you choose this option, we will provide exact hours for the office where your package will be awaiting you.

Delivery to your home before you leave for Spain: COST = $80

While we ship from Spain and it is best to take delivery in Spain whenever possible, we realize there are some cases where you will need delivery to the United States, Canada, etc... so that you have the phone before you leave so we can deliver the phone to you in your home country before your departure for Spain. Please note that this delivery method is expensive so it is best to avoid it whenever possible,

Please provide an address where there is normally someone to take delivery since the package needs to be signed for. For example, if you ar at work all day and nobody is at your home to take delivery, it is better to provide your work address.
